Welcome to the official website of ASIAN Research Institute for Corporate Governance (ARICG), Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM).

ARICG was established in October 2019 and one of the U-CoE under Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). ARICG was formed as a result of restructuring between Asian Research Institute for Corruption (ARIC) from School of Law, and Institute of Public Accountability and Governance (IoPAG) from Tunku Puteri Intan Safinaz School of Accountancy (TISSA-UUM).

ARICG is a research and consultation center that covers issues pertaining to corporate governance for public and government sector. ARICG also helps, strengthen and disseminate research done by fellow researchers in the area of corporate governance to be shared locally and internationally.
